Untuk mengetahui kerusakan yang terjadi pada AC Panasonic inverter sudah di setting oleh pabrikan panasonic agar teknisi lebih mudah mendeteksi pada bagian mana terjadi kerusakannya yaitu dapat dilihat dengan cara menggunakan remote AC Panasonic inverter.Interrogate mode adalah mode remote untuk membaca history kerusakan yang terekam pada micro controller.

Cara mendeteksi kerusakan pada AC Panasonic Inverter
1. Arahkan remote AC ke indoor unit
2. Tekan tombol power untuk menghidupkan AC
3. Aktifkan Interrogate mode dengan cara menekan tombol timer up/tombol check selama 5 detik
4. Pada display akan muncul code H-- atau H11 artinya remote sudah pada posisi interrogate mode.
5. Tekan tombol timer up atau timer down jika terdengar bunyi buzzer 4 kali berturut turut maka akan muncul code kerusakannya pada display remote.
